DONORS AND SPONSORS
EDON Place would like to acknowledge the many private individuals, companies and organisations that generously support our organisation in many different ways. These donations have assisted numerous women and children when they need it most. Items such as clothing, linen, blankets, food items, toiletries, toys and a variety of general items are distributed among the women and their families who have turned to EDON Place for assistance. There are also businesses/organisations that have held charity events with proceeds going to EDON Place. For this we are extremely grateful and thank you for recognising the importance of the service we provide within the local and regional communities.
MAKING A DONATION
Donations are used to improve support for women, children and families who are, or have experienced domestic and family violence. The funds are used primarily to run special projects e.g. group work for women and children to increase self-esteem and also personal development. Funds are also used for resources and to support events such as Domestic & Family Violence Prevention Month activities.
